Dr. Rachel Powell
Recently, Dr. Rachel Powell has decided to accept a position with the Greenhill Humane Society as a surgeon. She’ll be joining the care team of this great organization, helping control the population of dogs and cats. Before joining Del Oeste in 2021, Dr. Powell had been doing the same type of surgical work for a shelter in Roseburg.
Our loss is Greenhill’s, and our community’s gain — we wish Rachel the best with her new position.
